Boot Camp Circuit Workout

Yesterday, I taught a cardio interval training class at my local gym. It was a full body (a lot of leg) circuit training. They were dead by the end of it! :)

Warm up jog
Stretch

5 circuits 30sec each exercise with 30 sec knee highs between each circuit

Plank
Pushup

Bicep Curls
Mountain Climbers

Squats
Squat Jumps

Shoulder Press
Box Jumps

Plank Row
Burpees

Do entire circuit 3 times. I incorporated some lunges, jump lunges, ninja jumps, frog jumps! It is so simple to make your own workout with a few exercises! Just get out there and sweat!
