For me, breakfast is the only food I make the day of so its about keeping it simple. (K.I.S.S = Keep It Simple Stupid) This morning, I made some egg whites which everyone knows is super simple, super quick, and super healthy. I'm all about that.
I paired my eggs with some sweet potatoes that I made during the week and threw them in the frying pan with some coconut oil. It felt like a cheap because it was THAT GOOD! Next time, I might even saute some onions in with the sweet potatoes.
