Chicken "Fried" Rice

My dinner tonight was completely inspired by Braggs Liquid Aminos!  Chicken "Fried" Brown Rice!!! So yummy, it almost felt like a cheat!






So if you're looking to make this super simple meal (i'm about keeping its simple) all you have to do is ...

  • Cook the chicken first.  (Season with garlic, onion, olive oil, paprika, ginger & liquid aminos)
  • When that is cooked, remove from pan add veggies (I just bought the frozen kind)
  •  Once they veggies are cooked add cooked brown rice (add a little more liquid aminos). 
  • Push rice/veggies to the side of the pan and add one whole egg & one egg white. 
  • When egg is cooked mix in with rest of rice. (like the picture!)
  •  Remove from heat and serve with chicken :) NOM NOM
