Check out my routine for legs that I did yesterday and I AM DEFINITELY feeling today!
Start with a 10 minute warm-up
Lunges on Smith Machine 15 each leg x 3 sets
Leg Press (HEAVY - feet together and in the middle) 25 reps x 4 sets
Hamstring Ext 15 reps x 3 sets
Reverse Leg Ext 15 reps x 4 sets
Piles 25 reps x 4 sets add a hold at the bottom and pulse ;)
Jump Squats 15 reps x 3 sets
= DEAD
I added 20 body squats at the end to really make sure I'd be dead today! & I am! so worth it!
