Bi/Tri Tabata Circuit

I'm always thinking of ways of changing up my routine to break through the boredom. I just finished my plan of attack for the gym tonight. Super simple and sure to get my heart rate going so I can burn extra calories while lifting. Multi tasking at its finest!


10 minute warm - up

Alternating curls/hammer 4 x 12
Close Grip Bench Press 4 x 12

Eight Rounds of Each
20 sec work 10 sec rest

Weight Bench Hop Overs
Dips (using weight bench)
Mountain Climbers
Barbell Curls (go heavy!)

Thats it! Quick & Dirty! ;)
