Panera's Acai Berry Green Tea
Haven't heard of it? I just discovered this little treat during lunch today. 0 calories, 0 sodium, and 83mg of caffeine per 20.75oz (regular size) For just over $2, this tea not only helps kill cravings but helps you burn more calories... whats better than that?!
Is Yogurt Healthy?
If you were to ask a random individual if a 100 calorie yogurt (you know, the fun flavors, the ones that have little chunks of strawberries, blueberries, ect...) they would probably say absolutely!.... right? WRONG!! Just because it is only 100 calories and contains visible pieces of "fruit" doesn't mean its actually good for you. Skip the corn syrup and artificial sweetners and opt for plain greek yogurt (brands like Chobani or Fage) and mix in your own fruit, honey, nut or even ground flax.
Here's what works for me:
I buy a frozen bag of mixed berries and take out 1/2c to bring with work... by the time I'm ready to mix it into my greek yogurt, the berries have melted (they are nice and cold) Tastes just like a dessert!

What I'm Eating, Wednesdays!
Since I didn't post on Meal Plan Mondays!, I decided to turn today into What I'm Eating, Wednesdays BUT I just realized today is thursday so I'm off to a bad start! Whatever, I'll just roll with it.
Breakfast Made Easy
For me, breakfast is the only food I make the day of so its about keeping it simple. (K.I.S.S = Keep It Simple Stupid) This morning, I made some egg whites which everyone knows is super simple, super quick, and super healthy. I'm all about that.
