Its monday! and it's raining so I'm ready for bed (and maybe a cardio session) but more importantly here is what I have eaten so far on Meal Plan Monday and what I plan on eating for the rest of the day...
7:30 am
Protein Pancakes (the ones I made yesterday)
I was feeling lazy and not so hungry so I just ate them cold on the go.
10:00am
Protein Shake mixed with white chocolate chip coffee
Once again feeling a bit off today so i'm keeping it lighter than usual
1:00pm
4oz Chicken Cacciatore (the one I made yesterday) with a side of green beans
4:00pm
2 plain rice cakes topped with 2tbsp on choc almond butter
Carbs for my lift!
5:30-7:30 (estimating) GYM - Arms + Cardio
7:30pm
Post Workout Shake
8:30
Ground Turkey Burrito made with a brown rice wrap nom nom
