Are Two Yolks Better Than One?

While I was cracking eggs to make my omelette this morning, I noticed that one of the eggs had two yolks! This small discovery turned out to be the inspiration for my next blog topic! To eat the yolk or not to eat the yolk?
This has been a question on peoples minds when it comes to their eggs. I say, eat the yolk! According to www.incredibleegg.org and the USDA, eating an egg a day fits into your dietary guidance which is limiting cholesterol to about 300mg daily. One large egg only contains 185mg! Not to mention, eggs have TONS of vitamins; vitamin A, B & D, riboflavin, B12, choline, selenium, lutein and some even have omega-3 fats! SO START CRACKIN ;) Typically I have about 4-5 eggs a day (one whole, rest whites).

My Breakfast this Morning
1 Whole Egg
3 Whites with spinach & sundried Tomatoes
1 slice of Ezekial Toast
Lots of Water!
