Yesterday, I taught a cardio interval training class at my local gym. It was a full body (a lot of leg) circuit training. They were dead by the end of it! :)

Finding Balance
Finding a balance between maintaining a social life and a healthy lifestyle can be one of the most difficult things to do deal with. It is something that I at times find to be most challenging. So how do you deal??? It's all about moderation and realizing that friends, family, holidays and social events are going to happen but that doesn't mean we need to sacrifice our hard work or goals in order to have both. Chicken "Fried" Rice
My dinner tonight was completely inspired by Braggs Liquid Aminos! Chicken "Fried" Brown Rice!!! So yummy, it almost felt like a cheat!

Thin Mint Protein Shake
