Banana Protein Muffins

Oh Boy, Oh Boy... just finished making these protein banana dark chocolate chip muffin for a second time and they were just as delicious! Look how yummy! Want the recipe?
The thing about these muffins is, you can customize them to fit your macro's (less carbs, more carbs, less protein, more protein)

The last batch I made was enough for three servings:
3 scoops of protein (I've used vanilla and banana and I'll prob use choc next time)
1/2c cooked oatmeal
Small Banana
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Cinnamon
Cocoa Powder
2 tbsp of Flaxseed meal
1 egg white (I used liquid and used about 3 tbsp)

Combined dry ingredients then blend in wet ingredients with a hand mixer (oats, egg white & banana) 
Separate into muffin cups (if you use paper make sure you spray them!) and top with dark chocolate chips.
Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes (depending on how big you make them)
