The last batch I made was enough for three servings:
3 scoops of protein (I've used vanilla and banana and I'll prob use choc next time)
1/2c cooked oatmeal
Small Banana
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Cinnamon
Cocoa Powder
2 tbsp of Flaxseed meal
1 egg white (I used liquid and used about 3 tbsp)
Combined dry ingredients then blend in wet ingredients with a hand mixer (oats, egg white & banana)
Separate into muffin cups (if you use paper make sure you spray them!) and top with dark chocolate chips.
Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes (depending on how big you make them)
