Since I didn't post on Meal Plan Mondays!, I decided to turn today into What I'm Eating, Wednesdays BUT I just realized today is thursday so I'm off to a bad start! Whatever, I'll just roll with it.
I started my day at 7:30am with the egg whites and sweet potatoes that I had in my last post.
its about 10am right now so I'm having my Chobani Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt with 3oz of frozen strawberries (they are thawed out now) I added some stevia sweetner and cinnamon!
1:00pm
4oz ground turkey, 3 oz sweet potatoes and a side salad (dressing olive oil & vinegar)
4:00pm
2 plain rice cakes and choc peanut butter
GYM
