Thin Mint Protein Shake

Made a stop at the baking aisle at walmart and pick up a few extracts (one of them being mint!) which lead to the inspiration of my next protein shake! 
This will probably be the easiest thing you will ever make!

What you need:

Scoop of Chocolate Protein
1/2c Unsweetened Almond Milk
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 
Mint Extract (few drops)
Truvia or Splenda
Chia Seeds (its kind of my thing so completely optional)
8 Ice cubes
.... thats it!

Blend it all together. Sprinkle a little more cocoa powder and its ready to go! I like to use a lot of ice cubes because I'm not putting any bananas or greek yogurt so by adding more ice cubes I get the thicker consistency that I'm looking for. You could even add cottage cheese to make it thicker!


I got this mint extract for a little over 2 dollars at wal-Mart! Completely worth it!
