Nice Round Bum

Here's an exercise I made up that works your glutes and hamstrings! It is sure to give you that nice round bum that everyone is looking for! This workout can be done alone or with a partner!

Warm-up 5-10 minutes

Leg Ext 4 x 20  (I like to keep it light and focus on control and form)
Superset
Hamstring Ext 4 x 20

Pile Squats 4 x 20
Superset
Jump Squats 4 x 15
(I had an active "rest" inbetween sets of jump rope)

Reverse Leg Ext 3 x 15
Superset
Bum Blaster 3 x 10 (each leg - all the way up, half way down)

Lunges 3 x 16
Superset
Holding Squat 3 x 30 second hold

(your legs should be dead after the lunges & squats)

This is great for working out with a partner because while you are doing one exercise, they can do the other exercise then you just switch!
