Berry - Kale Pre Workout Smoothie

Here's What I'm Sippin on



Here's How to make it:

  •  6-7 ice cubes
  • 1/3c blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 med apple (no skin)
  • Handful of Kale (remove stem)
  • Scoop of Protein (i used banana but vanilla or a berry kind works too)
  • Squeeze of Lemon (can't taste it but I like the benefits)
  • Tbsp of Chia
  • Sprinkle of Truvia
  • Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk (you can use unsweetened coconut milk too)
 - Blend everything all up, add a little cinnamon (more healthy benefits) serve up in a glass and I sprinkle mine with some unsweetened organic coconut flakes. Perfect ingredients to kick start your day and give you the boost of power you need to get your through your workout!

Tips:

Have pre-work meal about an hour before!
 BUT 
Have you post workout meal right after!
