I feel like I haven't blogged in quite sometime, mostly because my life/diet/workouts have been boring and pretty much the same day to day.
Most of you know, that I have been training for my first fitness show in November for the WBFF. :) Everything is going great! I'm going to start posting progress pics and some different ways that I keep sane while dieting. I think this will be a great way to keep me motivated as well as hopefully help answer any questions/concerns for those you thinking of entering into your first fitness competition. I was inspired by a fellow IG to make some spinach protein pancakes. Recipe will be up tommorow!! Until then! XoX
