Top Ten Favorite Seasonings

When I was looking through my kitchen the other day, I noticed there are things that I would absolutely die without when dieting. Here is a list of my top ten items that I need especially during contest prep!


10. Spray Butter
09. Liquid Aminos
08. Hot Sauce
07. Balsamic Vinegar
06. Onion Powder/Garlic Powder
05. Lemon/Lime
04. Extracts (vanilla, mint, coffee, almond)
03. Baking Powder
02. Unsweetned Cocoa Powder
01. CINNAMON



 I find myself putting cinnamon on aboslutely everything!!

Here is my favorite clean eating cheat:

3/4 egg whites
1 TSP baking Powder
Cocoa Powder
Almond extract OR
mix in flavored protein, only a little

Mix together and cook in a frying pan, plumps up just like a pancake! Top with cinnamon or even some oatmeal and you have yourself a yummy dessert or breakfast! If you allow yourself to have some sugar free syrup it makes it that much better!!
