Typically my meal 5 is eggs with some fruit so today I decided to jazz it up. As I've mentioned before my diet is the same day to day so I take the food I can have and make it in different ways so here is how I made my eggs & fruit today...
1/2 scoop of protein
2 egg whites
cocoa powder
baking powder
Mix and pour into a large frying pan (it cooks quick because it so thin)
Once you've cooked it on both side, remove from heat and add fruit into frying pan and add some cinnamon. I used frozen strawberries but anything would work. (At this point if you wanted to add stevia or maybe a little juice you could do so) When the fruit gets a little mushy, remove from heat and top on your egg mixture. I rolled mine up and added some cinnamon on top. YUM YUM
