Spinach Protein Pancake

As promised! Recipe for this mornings 5 ingredient clean eating breakfast...




Here's what you'll need:
Vanilla Protein
Spinach
Egg Whites
Oatmeal
Baking Powder

You can tailor the amounts you include of each to what you typically eat for breakfast since I have 1/4c oats & 4 egg whites this is how mine went:

1/4c oats
2 egg whites
1/2 scoop of protein
handful of spinach
tsp of baking powder
(& LOTS OF CINNAMON - but thats just a given)

Put all of that in a blender (it will be liquidity - its a good thing!)
Pour into a frying pan and cook for about 5 minutes! That's it!

You can also add any type of sweetner, I am in contest prep mode so I am trying to keep it as clean and simple as possible!
