Spinning Saturdays!

Just finished my saturday morning spin class and workout :) Feels Great! I couldn't think of a better way of kick starting your weekend. Here's the playlist that I used this morning:


It was a 45 minute interval class so the cadence was alternating between 60-80 to 80-110. Every other song with a climb with heavy resistance of about an 8 to 9 back down to running with a resistance of 6-7. We wrapped up our sweat session with ABS which included:

30 second plank
50 scissor kicks
10 full body crunches
50 crunches
20 leg raises
50 scissor kicks
10 leg raises with hold
1 minute plank!

Why I LOVE Spinning:
