Advocare Cleanse Recipes

I know changing your diet can be difficult but here are some recipes that make it a whole lot easier.

Please adjust recipe according to the amount of food you are alloted

Protein Pancakes
4-6 Egg Whites
1/4 - 1/2 Plain Oatmeal
Cinnamon
Organic Stevia
Baking Powder
Sliced Apple or BlueBerries

Mix first three items in a blender then add stevia & baking powder and mix with spoon. On med-high heat, pour batter into skillet and gently press thinly silced apples or blueberries into pancake. Allow to cook until top bubbles then flip. Once pancake is fully cooked remove from heat and top with remaining fruit & enjoy!

Buffalo Wing Turkey Burgers
1 lb ground turkey
1/2c shredded zucchini
Onion powder
Garlic Powder
Cayenne Pepper
A little bit of Sea Salt and Pepper

1 Red Bell Pepper Chopped
1 Sweet onion Chopped
1/4c hot sauce

Mix first 6 items together and form into thin patties, cook on grill or in a skillet (while cooking on skillet, add remainind items. Cook until done.

Taco Salad
1 lb ground turkey
MRS Dash Taco Seasoning

(cook turkey according the directions on taco seasoning mix) While turkey is cooking, begin to construct salad with the following items
iceberg lettuce
tomatoes
salsa
avocado (if you have any in your meal plan)
1 tbsp olives

add hot sauce if desired

Bun-Less Turkey Burgers

1lb lean ground turkey
 Season with garlic powder, onion powder, Mrs Dash Chipotle Seasoning and a little pepper. Divide into 4oz patties and grill until cook (juices run clear)

Top with avocado, sliced tomato, red onion & lettuce

Enjoy with baked sweet potato fries or baked zucchini slices (slice zucchini into thin slices -season with pepper- & bake at 400 on a non stick cookie sheet)

Egg Frittata

12 egg whites, 1/2 large tomato, 1/2 green bell pepper, 1/2 red bell pepper, 1/4 onion, chopped spinach. Season with Garlic & SnP
