New Goals - Time To Step Out Of My Comfort Zone


"Limitations are for people that have them
and excuses are for people that need them"


With that said, its time to push myself past the limits that I have subconsciously set  and where I want to go there is absolutely no room for any excuses.

My blog is going to change just a little bit, although I will still have recipes, they will be geared towards the foods I will be eating over the next 16 weeks so bye bye chocolate chips ::insert bummed face::
