okkkkk so here is my absolute favorite way of eating my protein pancakes!
I made them for my friend Shaunna and she loved them! So they are def a crowd pleaser :)
Ingredients:
Scoop of Protein (vanilla - about 1/4c)
1/4c Oat
1/8c Soy Flour
Cinnamon
Ginger (just a little)
Nutmeg
1/2 tsp baking powder
truvia or any other sweetner
walnuts (crushed)
two egg whites
1/4c almond milk (add more as you're blending to check consistency)
1/2 carrot grated
Blend all together with a hand beater and pour into frying pan!
