Guilt-Less Banana Spilt Smoothie



Heres is a great way to kill cravings while still keeping it healthy.

1/2 Medium Banana
3 Large Strawberries
1/2c Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 tbsp of Chia Seeds
1 scoop of Protein (I used banana flavored)
1/2 tbsp of sugar free Chocolate Syurp
Sprinkle of Truvia
6 Cubes

Directions: Throw all of the ingredients into a blender and you have yourself a liquid dessert. I topped this with a little bit of sugar free redi whip & two crushed pecans. Ideal for breakfast or as a snack!

Dietary Fiber 11g
Sugar 11g (to lower use less fruit)
Protein 23g
